Data and privacy notice

This draft maps the data flow implemented in the qualification prototype. The production version will include the legal entity, contact details, retention period and processor list.

Data collected

Business and processing profile information, contact name, company, email and optional phone number submitted through the matching form.

Purpose

To review a merchant profile, assess potential provider fit and, with consent, prepare an introduction to selected providers.

Analytics

Analytics use landing page, source, selected industry and company jurisdiction. Contact details and free-text problem descriptions stay within profile review.

Prototype storage

Local testing stores submissions in a local development data file. Production delivery activates after an approved destination is configured.

Your choices

Submission is optional. Sharing data with a provider requires explicit consent in the form. Production contact and deletion-request details will be added after the operating entity is confirmed.
