Contact Find a Payment Processor
The fastest route is the structured assessment. It captures the business type, industry, coverage region, payment requirement and approximate monthly volume that a payment partner needs before anyone can say whether a route may fit. Email works as well, and both reach the same review.
Two ways to reach us
Enquiries are handled in writing; this page does not publish a phone line. Written enquiries are reviewed and answered in writing, which keeps the detail of a payment setup accurate and on record.
| Start an assessment (recommended) | The structured assessment runs in three short steps. It asks for business type, industry, coverage region, payment requirement and approximate monthly volume, then your name, company and business email, with a website and a message optional. No card data and no identity documents are required at this stage. Start the assessment. |

When to expect a reply
We aim to reply to assessment requests within two business days. Messages that arrive at a weekend or on a public holiday in Portugal are picked up on the next working day. We do not promise a same-day answer.
A reply confirms the profile has been read. It is not an approval. Every introduction remains subject to provider underwriting, and the payment provider decides independently on acceptance, pricing and terms.
What to include in an email
An enquiry can be assessed in one pass when it covers the following:
- Business type — merchant, PSP or MSB.
- Industry — for example iGaming, Forex, Crypto, Adult or another regulated vertical.
- Company jurisdiction and customer markets — where the entity is registered and where the customers are.
- Payment requirement — card acquiring, alternative payment methods, an acquiring partner for a merchant portfolio, or a replacement for a route that has ended.
- Approximate monthly volume — a range is enough, with the main currencies.
- Current situation — live and processing, pre-launch, or moving away from an existing setup.
Licences, registrations and processing history are confirmed during the assessment, so an approximate first message is fine.
Do not send card numbers, identity documents, cardholder records or other customer personal data by email. Onboarding documents are normally requested by the payment provider through its own channel once underwriting begins. How we handle what you do send is set out in the data and privacy notice.
Find a Payment Processor is operated by Rotiv Consult, a payment consultancy based in Lisbon, Portugal. Written enquiries: info@rotivconsult.com.
Free for merchants. We may be paid by a payment provider when an introduction leads to a completed placement.
